Our Commitment to Your Privacy
NAARC is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our community members. We understand that many survivors require anonymity and discretion, and we take this responsibility seriously.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to operate our services: contact information when you reach out to us (name and email), donation processing handled by Zeffy (we do not store payment details), and anonymized website analytics to improve our site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to respond to inquiries, process donations and provide tax receipts, send opted-in updates, and improve our website and services.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except when required by law, with Zeffy to process donations, or with your explicit consent.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, opt out of communications at any time, and request anonymization of stored data.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption. We regularly review our security practices.
Cookies and Tracking
We use minimal cookies for essential website functionality and anonymous analytics only. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

For Survivors: Your Safety Matters
If you're concerned about your abuser tracking your online activity, we recommend:
- Use incognito/private browsing mode
- Access from a device your abuser cannot monitor
- Clear your browser history regularly
- Consider using a public computer or trusted friend's device
